Noir au Thé Earl Grey. 52% dark chocolate, Earl Grey tea, vanilla. 9/10. A drop-dead gorgeous chocolate. The taste stops me in my tracks.
Details for obtaining Total ~ 9/10.
Smell = 2: spices; intriguing light perfume of bergamot informs the chocolate.
Sound = 1; a snap, but a little muffled.
Sight = 2; Dark with clear broken edges, with hint of texture (ground nibs?) to come. The wrapper is to be the MOST SENSIBLE AND ELEGANT ever experienced, a resealable pouch that obliterates the usual pantomime of actually getting at the chocolate unhindered.
