I acquired our first Labrador in 1982, a yellow female we named "Molly." She eventually became CH Misty Molly of Grandview CDX, WC, and she taught me many things about owning, training, and showing a Labrador!

I had other Labradors during the 80's, several of which attained their championships, obedience titles and/or working certificates. But it wasn't until 1988 that I acquired the yellow puppy from Don and Virginia Campbell who would become the foundation dam for most of the dogs now at Delby. That puppy, "Shandy," became BISS Campbellcroft Elixir O'Delby JH.

Because I have a small kennel, I breed litters only occasionally. I screen all breeding stock for hereditary joint disease and hereditary eye disease. I also screen for heart abnormalities.

When I do have puppies, they are raised in my home, much handled by my kids. They are placed only in carefully screened homes and are sold with AKC limited registration (non-breeding).

I will replace a puppy you obtain from me if the dog is not functional for the purpose you originally indicate and if you provide me with certification that the dog was spayed or neutered. You can keep the original dog or return it to me.
