The Golden Age of the Sackbut
2004, First Congregational Church, Santa Cruz, CA
When it happened that there were four sackbut musicians, a bass vocalist, and many other willing Funks in Santa Cruz, this concert was formed to take advantage of a rare opportunity to play music written specifically for 2 or more sackbuts.
