The
Ride will camp, start & finish at the Santa Cruz County Horsemen's
Association Graham Hill Showgrounds
General
Ride Information: Many riders are local, taking the
opportunity to compete and enjoy this close-to-home endurance ride,
while many come from out-of-state as well as all parts of California.
- Two
rides, a 25 mile and a 50 mile ride are offered. Both are AERC
sanctioned. The rides comply with AERC and SCCHA rules. Ride management
reserves the right to interpret these rules as necessary to ensure the
continuity of
these rides and to settle any question which may arise from or in
connection
with any incident that might occur during the event.
- Dinner
is offered Friday for an extra charge. Sack lunches are available for
crews and riders, but must be ordered before the ride. The Saturday
Banquet is included in the entry fee.
- Please
Note: The Santa Cruz County
Horsemen’s Association sponsors this ride. Ride personnel are all
volunteers.
Anyone disrespectful to personnel are subject to dismissal without
completion.
- Proceeds
of the ride go toward county wide trail work, the Santa Cruz County
Horsemen’s Association and maintenance of the Graham Hill Showgrounds.
