Things I wish my phone could do.
(Nerd mode ;=)

• Under, "Phone Options", "Phone Status"(I made this name up). Or, it could be a hidden menu, basically it’s "Test Mode", but you can’t accidentally interfere or do any thing to ur phone or the network…
• "Phone Status" could be defaulted as "Banner", instead.
• RSSI, in dbm, a continuous measurement…
• Phone operation status, like;
• Call progress,
• Hand offs,
• PN (short) code used,
• RF Po during call, in dbm…
• Forward/Reverse, BER and FER (etc.),
• Nabor list,
• Hand-off, plans…
• Call failure mode…
• Last failed call and why,
• Last 10 failed calls, and why (no secret codes, use one liners, "Failed, Soft Hand-off", or "No radio available").
• If available,
• Cell site name,
• Sector,
• Radio,

Why? Because I’m a Techn-o-geek. If I want to check out two antennas, I can do a test. Because if I allwase get a dropped call on Site: Aptos-1, Sector: NW, Radio #3, then I can report this back…

Like I said, I'm a Radio nerd!
