Wireless Service providers, who make my life (and Job) a little more difficult than it's necessary
needs to be?
#1 Cellular One (AT&T) Wireless (TDMA)...
Reasons:
Poor customer service,
No technical service available, must go though reg. CS, to get Technical
CS (wont connect them directly).
They want to 'ding' us for every service option, i.e., voice mail, SMS,
etc...
Prices are not competitive???
Poor coordination with there partners (Dobsen). Both can't or wont
solve a technical problem, (an inter company communications problem.).
Supervisors sum times can solve problems...
(Corporate Rep.: Doesn't answer his phone, doesn't answer his messages,
can't or wont do anything...)
#2 Pac Bell Wireless (GSM)...
Reasons:
CS can't usually fix the problems the first time, I must call back, over
and over and over and over....
No technical service available, must go though reg. CS, to get Technical
CS.
Supervisors sum times can solve problems...
(Note: I have found a Supervisor who is sympathetic to CS problems
and want to solve problems, and she usually douse. I have
no, Corp. Rep.)
( I now have a Corp. Rep, who's sympathetic, and tries to solve problem,
and usually douse).
#3 Dobsen's (Cellular One) (TDMA)...
Reasons:
Vary Poor customer service (If they don't like the question (if
they don't know the answer) they hang up on you.)
No technical service available, must go though regular CS, to get Technical
CS (Found work-around; Use 114).
Poor coordination with there partners (Cellular One, now AT&T.
Both can't or wont solve a technical problems, an inter company communications
problem.).
Customer service refuses to get/provide supervisor?
(Note: I now have a Corp. Rep, who's sympathetic, and tries to solve
problem, and usually douse. However, I (and friends) have had, vary
bad luck in there Stores. I recommend to use there Corporate store,
off Research Park Dr., Soquel.)
#4 (California) GTE (Verizon) Wireless (CDMA) ...
Reasons:
Regular CS can be, not very good. If u have a technical problem, they'd
rather argue with u than transfer u to the Tech. CS group? They make
it seem like customer complaints don't go up the chain of command (and
they may not?).
Supervisors not empowered to solve problems? (Seems like they get one of
there coworkers to 'play' supervisor?)
I have noticed sum improvement! I now have a Corp.
Rep, who's sympathetic, but is vary busy.)
