This 1968 drawing by John Lennon sold at auction for more than $7500.

"The Beatles Christmas Show" at the Astoria Cinema, Finsbury Park ran from December 24, 1963 until January 11, 1964. Then the Beatles played in Paris for a couple weeks before appearing on the Ed Sullivan Show for the first time. This photo is from the program sold at these shows. The cake says "Merry Christmas from the Beatles".

The Beatles didn't just perform their latest hits during their Christmas show, they also took part in a skit, what the British call a pantomime. Here's John as a Sir Jasper type villian, Paul as the Handsome Signalman, George as Ermyntrude the Heroine, and Ringo as a snowman, throwing snow from his bag.
