SCCHA Membership Application Information for 2008-09 Membership Year (April 1 2008 - March 31, 2009)
***New Members signing on in Jan., Feb. or March will be covered for these extra months***

Prospective New Members: Please understand that we cannnot provide instant membership processing at the showgrounds when you arrive. Memberships must be processed in advance of your arrival so that we have enough time to receive your form, activate a cardkey and send it to you with a parking sticker.  Please send in your membership application at least 2 weeks before you intend to trailer to the showgrounds.  Thank you
 1  The membership application form is available on-line as the pdf file:  Membership Application. It can be printed on your printer, filled out and mailed to us along with membership fees. 
If you have difficulty downloading or printing this document,  contact our membership secretary, Mary Sullivan-White, at sulliz28@yahoo.com to request the documents by mail.
  2 Please make sure both pages of the Membership Application form are completed, Page 1 contains necessary membership information and page 2 contains the Liability Waiver. A signed Liability Waiver and the fees indicated for the membership are required to process your application.

  3 Card Key(s) for NEW members and Parking Sticker(s) will be sent to your address soon after the application is processed. This can take up to 2 weeks or more. You can alternatively sign up for membership at our Monthly Membership Meetings - for meeting info, click here!
Brief Membership Information:
  • Membership Year is April 1 of current year through March 31 of the following year, however, new members signing on between January and March enjoy these months with no extra charge.
  • All Members receive a monthly newsletter and may attend meetings and club activities.
  • Single and Family Memberships have access to use the Showgrounds.
  • Junior Members have access to the showgrounds when accompanied by adult members. (This category is for juniors who are not part of a family membership.)
  • Please read our on line Membership Information page to learn about members' responsibilities.
    It is the responsibility of each member to know and follow club rules when visiting the showgrounds. Membership privileges can be denied or revoked if rules are not followed.
Types of Memberships Available: 
  • FAMILY - $180: 2 Votes & Showgrounds Parking Sticker. Required additional $20 fee for NEW Family memberships for automatic gate entry card key. Optional second card key for family memberships can be purchased for $10.  Renewing members do not purchase card key. (Part of this fee will be returned to those members who sign up for an work on listed workdays. See application details.)
  • SINGLE - $120: 1 Vote & Showgrounds Parking Sticker. Required additional $20 fee for NEW Single memberships this year for automatic gate entry card key.  Renewing members do not purchase card key. (Part of this fee will be returned to those members who sign up for an work on listed workdays. See application details.)
  • JUNIOR - $45: No Vote, Card Key or Parking Sticker. Junior members may use Showgrounds when accompanied by adult member.
